1. How do I place an order?

Simply select your preferred style, size, and options on the product page, then click “Add to Cart” and follow the checkout steps.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details.

2. Can I customize the name and number on my jersey?

Yes. We offer customization for name and number on eligible products.
Just select the Custom Name & Number option on the product page and enter your details before adding the item to cart.

3. Are the name, number, and patches stitched or printed?

All names, numbers, logos, and patches are fully stitched using high-quality embroidery for durability and an authentic look.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, before it enters production or shipping.
We’ll do our best to assist with updates during this window.

5. How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing time:

Regular items: 1–3 business days

Custom or special editions: 3–5 business days

Shipping time:

In-stock items: 7–10 business days

Other orders: up to 10–18 business days

Shipping time starts after your order ships, not when it’s placed.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s tracking page.

7. What should I do if my tracking number isn’t working?

Tracking numbers may take 24–72 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
If you haven’t received your tracking email or the link isn’t working after that time, please contact us via the Contact page or email support@glorygearus.com

8.  What is your return policy?

We accept returns on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.
Customized items are final sale unless there is a confirmed production defect.

9. Can I exchange my jersey for a different size or style?

Yes — exchanges are available for non-customized jerseys.
For customized orders, exchanges may be considered only in the case of a verified production issue.

All payments are processed securely.

11. When will my card be charged?

Your payment will be charged immediately after your order is successfully placed.
