π Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition and packaging
- Free of damage, stains, or odors
- Not altered after delivery
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
π« Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed defect or error on our part:
- Customized or personalized items (including custom name, number, or special patches)
- Limited edition or made-to-order products
- Items marked as βFinal Saleβ
π Exchanges
We obsess over quality, so if you get the wrong item or have a stitch or print mishap, no sweat! Just reach out to us and we'll make things right with a hassle-free replacement.
Please note: Currently, we can only accept returns or exchanges for size discrepancies if the mistake was on our end. To avoid any delays, please don't return your purchase unless we've authorized it. We're happy to help you get the perfect fit, so just reach out if you have any questions!
The claim must be accompanied by full of clear evidence as below:
- Photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received.
- Photo(s) of the inaccurate product delivered (in case of incorrect color/design from original order).
- Photo(s) of the size tag and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of incorrect size from original order).
- Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.
π Important: If you need to modify, cancel, or update your shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, before it enters production or is shipped. Weβll do our best to assist whenever possible.
π° Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed withinΒ 5β10 business days
- Original shipping fees areΒ non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or our mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. LegendGearUS is not responsible for lost return packages.

If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong size, design, or product)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our support team will resolve the issue promptly.
