📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared with care before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Regular products: 1–3 business days
  • Special versions (customized items, limited editions, exclusive drops): 3–5 business days

Processing time refers to the period before your order is shipped and does not include transit time.


🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on the product and destination:

  • In-stock items: typically arrive within 7–10 business days
  • Other orders: may take up to 10–18 business days

Shipping time begins after your order has shipped, not on the date it is placed.


🌍 Shipping Carriers

For U.S. domestic and international orders, we ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • GOFO

In some cases, alternative carriers may be selected to ensure timely delivery.
Final shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through our Order Tracking page.


❗ Delays & Delivery Issues

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or customs inspections (for international orders)

🏠 Incorrect Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
LegendGearUS is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

👉 Important: If you need to modify, cancel, or update your shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, before it enters production or is shipped. We’ll do our best to assist whenever possible.
